$100 fee may apply as cancellation fee (24 hours before hand). While unattended appointments without notice will be subject to a fee of $150.00
Cancellations
Medicare rebates, you must speak to your GP or Psychiatrist to discuss your eligibility for Medicare and the Psychologist requires a referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist before your first session. We have Medicare facilities at Bentleigh or as required claim after paying the full amount.
